There have been sporadic incidents across the country where private security guards have resorted to violence over minor incidents. Such reports have come in from Noida, Gurugram in Delhi area as well as other metros. In most cases the violent reaction from guards has been considered over reaction. The problem clearly is the training of these guards on the crucial issue of how much force is really needed to solve an issue. In some cases, obviously it is needed especially when lives are at stake.
